Children change a lot during the teen years, both physically and emotionally. It's natural for them to challenge authority more often as they get older. This helps them understand adult views and develop their own values. It's still important for you to set limits and enforce rules, but take time to explain them to your teens. Listen to and consider their opinions without lecturing or trying to solve every problem.
